formforyou returns this summer to its original form: Anna Leckström and Kolbrún Leósdóttir continue while the latest member Karin Letterblad has chosen to change the hectic Stockholm city life for a more quiet one in a small town.

2010.04.20 Milan-Stockholm

When the volcano on Iceland erupted and the big ash cloud stopped all the flights we were in Milan at the furniture fair together with many other colleges. Not knowing how or when we would get home we took matters into our own hands. We arranged a bus from Sweden to pick us up i Milan and together with 44 grateful swedes we could finally return home. At Scandic Malmen, Götgatan 49-51, formforyou show the lamp Peg, the clothesrack Papillon and the outdoor concept Utvik. Scandic Malmen offers young designers to show their work in the hotel’s “black box”, a display window facing Götgatan.

We are one of the designers “checking in” at Hotel Birger Jarl during Stockholm Furniture Fair. You will find an outdoor concept of table and chair in a recycled biocomposite material.

In the Young Design Lounge at Formex we will exhibit the coat rack Papillon, the candleholder Northern Lights and the bench Seated.

Peg Collection recieved the prestigious GOOD DESIGN Award 2009. This is the oldest worldwide award dedicated exclusively to design, and granted by the Chicago Atheneum.
